Booking Conditions

Full Payment must be made by 1st Oct to take advantage of the "early bird" price. All other payments must be made in advance of the event date.

The fee includes (VAT at 17.5%) tuition, refreshments and materials. Delegates are expected to make their own arrangements for lunch and accommodation.

The fee is inclusive of £300 non-refundable deposit. If you need to cancel your booking we will refund your fee, less £300 deposit, provided we receive your cancellation in writing 28 days before the event.

META reserves the right to change the details of the programme in the event of unforeseen circumstances

No fees can be refunded if cancellation is made less than 28 days prior to the event. In making your booking you are agreeing to these conditions. This does not effect your statutory rights.
